RATES
Custom rate packages are available, with typical rates starting at $100 per hour. For questions about billing or rates please contact us directly.
PAYMENT
Moxie Speech Services only accepts cash-paying clients. We are not in-network with any insurance company including Medicaid. We accept cash, check, or Paypal. Payment is due in full at the beginning of each month.
OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
Many insurance companies will reimburse for speech therapy if it is provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist. We encourage you to speak with your insurance provider before scheduling therapy if you plan to seek reimbursement. Moxie Speech Services will provide an invoice of service(s) each week for you to submit to your provider. Additional documentation is available if needed. Please be sure to have a prescription from your child’s physician with ICD-9 codes and frequency of visits listed. It is the parent’s responsibility to seek reimbursement for services.
